About Dar Al Hadaya

Dar Al Hadaya provides personalized gifts, customized products, decorative items, printing, engraving, laser-cut products, frames, acrylic products, wooden products, corporate gifts, occasion gifts, and related products and services.

Many of our products are individually designed, personalized, manufactured, printed, engraved, assembled, or otherwise prepared according to a customer's instructions.

2

Orders

Orders may be accepted through our:

  • official website;
  • WhatsApp account;
  • social-media accounts;
  • physical sales channels; or
  • any other channel officially authorized by Dar Al Hadaya.

Submitting an order request does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order becomes confirmed when Dar Al Hadaya accepts the order and, where applicable, receives the required payment or deposit.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • incorrect pricing has been displayed;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • the customer's requested design cannot reasonably be produced;
  • the request contains unlawful, offensive, infringing, or prohibited material;
  • delivery cannot reasonably be completed; or
  • accepting the order would violate applicable law.

If we cancel a fully paid order before production for a reason attributable to us, any amount due to the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

3

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information.

This includes, where applicable:

  • names;
  • spelling;
  • dates;
  • photographs;
  • messages;
  • measurements;
  • colors;
  • quantities;
  • logos;
  • artwork;
  • fonts;
  • languages;
  • delivery details; and
  • any other customization instructions.

Dar Al Hadaya is not responsible for an error that appears in the finished product where the same error appeared in information or artwork supplied or expressly approved by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers should carefully review all personalization details before submitting or approving an order.

4

Design Proofs and Customer Approval

For certain products, we may provide a digital design, mock-up, proof, preview, sample, or description before production.

Where customer approval is requested, production may begin after approval is received.

Once a customer approves a design, the approved version will generally be treated as the production specification.

Changes requested after approval may:

  • result in additional charges;
  • delay production;
  • require a new quotation; or
  • be impossible if production has already started.

A digital mock-up is intended to represent the expected appearance of the product. Minor differences may occur between digital previews and physical products because of printing, materials, manufacturing processes, screens, lighting, cutting, engraving, and assembly.

5

Handmade and Manufacturing Variations

Many Dar Al Hadaya products involve printing, laser cutting, engraving, hand assembly, acrylic, wood, paper, fabric, photographs, adhesives, or other physical materials.

Reasonable variations may therefore occur between products or production batches.

Examples include minor differences in:

  • color;
  • grain;
  • texture;
  • print position;
  • engraving shade;
  • cutting edges;
  • alignment;
  • dimensions;
  • material appearance; and
  • screen-to-print color reproduction.

A minor variation that does not materially affect the product's purpose, quality, agreed specifications, or overall appearance will not normally constitute a defect, subject always to applicable consumer law.

6

Photographs and Screen Colors

Colors displayed on phones, computers, tablets, and other screens may differ slightly from the physical product.

We cannot guarantee that a customer's screen displays colors with complete accuracy.

Photographs shown on our website or social-media channels may also include decorative props that are not included with the purchased product unless specifically stated.

7

Prices

Prices may be displayed in the applicable local currency or another stated currency.

The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed by Dar Al Hadaya at the time the order is accepted, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Delivery charges, customization charges, premium materials, urgent production, installation, or other additional services may be charged separately where applicable and will be communicated before confirmation where required.

8

Payment

Depending on the order, Dar Al Hadaya may require:

  • full payment in advance;
  • a deposit;
  • payment upon collection;
  • payment upon delivery; or
  • another agreed payment arrangement.

Production may not begin until the required payment has been received and verified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Dar Al Hadaya may use third-party payment processors. Payment transactions may therefore also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

9

Deposits

Where an order requires a deposit, the purpose of the deposit may include reserving production capacity and covering design work, materials, customization, or other costs associated with preparing the order.

Whether a deposit may be refunded after cancellation will depend on:

  • whether production has started;
  • whether materials have been specially purchased;
  • work already completed;
  • costs already incurred; and
  • rights provided under applicable consumer law.
10

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact Dar Al Hadaya as quickly as possible if they wish to change or cancel an order.

Because many products are made specifically for an individual customer, cancellation or modification may become restricted once design, printing, engraving, cutting, manufacturing, purchasing of special materials, or assembly has started.

Where cancellation is permitted, Dar Al Hadaya may deduct reasonable non-recoverable costs already incurred where legally permitted.

Nothing in this section restricts a cancellation or refund right that the customer is legally entitled to exercise.

11

Production Times

Any production date or estimated completion time is an estimate unless Dar Al Hadaya expressly confirms otherwise.

Production times may be affected by:

  • order quantity;
  • design approval;
  • customer response times;
  • availability of materials;
  • equipment issues;
  • public holidays;
  • courier operations;
  • events outside our reasonable control; or
  • unusually high order volumes.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet communicated timelines.

Customers purchasing an item for a wedding, graduation, birthday, Eid, National Day, newborn celebration, corporate event, or other fixed-date occasion should place their order sufficiently in advance.

12

Delivery

Available delivery methods, areas, fees, and estimated delivery times may vary.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Dar Al Hadaya is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, including an incorrect:

  • address;
  • telephone number;
  • location;
  • recipient name; or
  • delivery instruction.

If delivery fails because the customer or recipient cannot be contacted or is unavailable, a reasonable redelivery fee may apply where legally permitted.

13

Courier and Delivery Delays

Once an order is handed to an independent delivery company, courier, postal operator, or logistics provider, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

However, Dar Al Hadaya will continue to provide any assistance or remedy required under applicable law where the goods are lost, damaged, or not properly delivered.

14

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

If an item appears damaged, incorrect, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, customers should contact us promptly and provide:

  • the order details;
  • a description of the problem; and
  • clear photographs or videos where reasonably necessary.

Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery damage and production issues efficiently.

Failure to notify us immediately does not remove any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

15

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Defects

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, defective products, incorrect products, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Where applicable law gives the customer greater rights than our published policy, the applicable law will prevail.

16

Customer-Supplied Photographs, Logos and Artwork

Customers may provide photographs, names, logos, text, artwork, designs, trademarks, illustrations, or other content for customization.

By supplying such material, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights, authorization, permission, or lawful basis to allow Dar Al Hadaya to use the material for fulfilling the order.

Customers must not submit material that:

  • infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • unlawfully violates another person's privacy;
  • contains unlawful content;
  • promotes illegal activity; or
  • cannot legally be reproduced.

Dar Al Hadaya may refuse to reproduce any material where we reasonably believe its use could be unlawful or infringe another person's rights.

17

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Dar Al Hadaya owns or is authorized to use the branding, photographs, graphics, website materials, original product designs, layouts, text, promotional materials, and other intellectual property created by or for Dar Al Hadaya.

Customers may not commercially reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, resell, or exploit our proprietary designs or content without authorization.

Ownership of intellectual property supplied by a customer remains with its lawful owner.

Purchasing a physical personalized product does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights in Dar Al Hadaya's original designs.

18

Use of Finished Products in Our Portfolio

We will not intentionally publish private customer photographs, personal messages, identifiable personal information, or private custom designs for marketing without an appropriate lawful basis or permission where required.

We may photograph or display non-personalized examples of our products for legitimate business purposes where permitted by law.

Customers may request that a custom order containing personal information not be displayed publicly.

19

Gift Recipient Information

When a customer provides another person's name, photograph, address, telephone number, message, or other personal information for a gift or delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they are lawfully entitled to provide that information to us.

We will use such information primarily to prepare or deliver the order and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

20

Product Safety and Intended Use

Customers must use products according to their intended purpose.

Unless expressly sold for another purpose, decorative frames, acrylic pieces, wooden decorations, gift arrangements, and similar products should be treated as decorative products.

Products containing glass, acrylic, small pieces, magnets, sharp edges, strings, adhesives, or detachable components may not be suitable for unsupervised use by young children.

21

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, loyalty benefits, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

  • offers cannot be combined;
  • discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • offers apply during their stated validity period; and
  • eligibility conditions must be satisfied.
22

Website and Digital Services

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available digital services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may update, maintain, suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of our website or online services when reasonably necessary.

23

Third-Party Platforms

Customers may interact with Dar Al Hadaya through third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, payment processors, delivery companies, or other external platforms.

Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Dar Al Hadaya is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

24

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dar Al Hadaya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or directly caused by our breach.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Dar Al Hadaya will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, widespread network failures, major equipment failure, supplier disruption, emergencies, or other force-majeure events, subject to applicable law.

26

Complaints

If you have a problem with an order, please contact Dar Al Hadaya through our official customer-support channel.

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and reasonably.

Customers retain the right to contact the relevant consumer-protection or regulatory authority where applicable.

27

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Dar Al Hadaya entity or establishment that accepted the customer's order, together with any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

28

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

29

Changes to These Terms

Dar Al Hadaya may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, operations, technologies, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published through our official website or other appropriate channel with an updated revision date.

Changes will not unlawfully remove rights already acquired in relation to previously confirmed orders.
